It was her friend Fraya's birthday, and Mandy spent quite a bit of time trying to pick out the perfect gift for her. While at Fraya's house the girls had a tea party and then got ready for the dance. Fraya's sister helped them spray glitter in their hair, paint their nails and put on lip gloss. After they changed into their dance clothes, they were off to party!!
